3/15/2013: This is a tough one, admittedly I am a newbie to the food cart scene and we were looking for a place to eat and I saw that there was a little pavilion with sort of food cars they were more like food shacks. We pulled in and debated which one to go to finally deciding on Taqueria Los Arcos. I thought the prices were great, $6.00 for a full lunch and a drink. And if we're comparing it to taco bell it gets major thumbs up. That said, I wasn't hugely impressed by the flavors. I had the chile relleno with beans and rice. At first I wasn't sure about vegetarian options but after ordering I did see in small print at the bottom of the sign that all options were available vegetarian. The chile relleno was... okay. It wasn't evenly cooked and there was a really hard chunk of breading on one section. I think the entire "fried" aspect was probably not the best choice for this food cart and I may have enjoyed it more if I'd stuck to something more fresh. My dining partner got a single taco and was very happy with it. I tried two of the three sauces and wasn't blown away by either one. Great value, decent food, could use a little more pizazz but for a basic Mexican food meal it's pretty good.
